Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed (chop stems)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    4 Tbsp. minced onions
    4 Tbsp. Progresso bread crumbs
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt margarine and oil in skillet.
    Add chopped stems and minced onions and saute for a few minutes.
    Add bread crumbs and Swiss cheese and keep stirring until cheese melts.
    Place mixture into mushroom caps.
    Place caps on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 7 to 8 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
