Ingredients

1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. hot water
5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. evaporated milk
marshmallows
Preparation

Soak raisins in hot water.
Mix with potatoes.
Stir in butter, sugar, cinnamon and milk.
Beat well. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Top with marshmallows.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
