Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. assorted fresh vegetables
    1/4 c. lemon juice (from concentrate)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano or thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place vegetables in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour over vegetables. Cover and place in refrigerator for 6 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
