Barbecued Pork Steak (Or Ribs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and remove from pan to a roaster or covered casserole.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour sauce over meat and bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours.
    Can use less meat and cut sauce in half.
