Hawaiian Ham Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    canned or cooked ham, cut into cubes
    pineapple chunks
    green pepper, cut into squares
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Alternate ham, pineapple and green pepper on skewers.
    Grill or broil slowly, brushing generously with barbecue sauce and turning frequently.
    Push off onto a fluffy bed of rice.
    Pass heated barbecue sauce to use over kabobs and rice if desired.
