Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Cook spaghetti as directed; drain well.
Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Place mixture into buttered 10-inch pie pan and form crust.
Brown beef, onion and green pepper.
Pour off drippings.
Stir into tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano, garlic powder, minced garlic and salt.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.
Spread meat filling over cottage cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Combine Mozzarella cheese, paprika and parsley.
Sprinkle on top of pie.
Bake 5 to 8 minutes until cheese melts.
