Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. ground nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Add zucchini, flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts.
    Oil and flour pans.
    Makes 3 small loaves.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
