Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick*
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese*
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
Preparation
    Let sausage soften to room temperature.
    Grate cheese; let soften to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients together; shape into balls about size of a marble.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until light brown.
    These can be made ahead and frozen.
    Just let sit on cookie sheet about 15 minutes before cooking.
