Koosa (Stuffed Squash) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. medium size green or yellow squash
    1 c. rice
    1 1/2 lb. coarsely ground or diced lamb (lean and fat)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper, cinnamon and allspice to taste
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    water
Preparation
    Cut stems and scoop out seeds of squash and wash.
