Tofu-Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
1 lb. soft tofu
3 large eggs
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or spinach
1 medium size onion, minced (1/2 c.)
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Bake pastry shell 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Put tofu, eggs, seasoned salt, nutmeg and pepper in food processor or blender and process until smooth (if using blender, add tofu, a quarter at a time, blending after each addition).
