Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2 c. hot milk (not boiled)
nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, vanilla, salt and hot milk. Pour custard into four individual custard cups.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place cups on rack in water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
