Turkey Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 c. orange sections
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries
    1 c. diced apples
    4 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Blend well.
    Add remaining
    ingredients and toss.
    Chill well. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
