Another Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. carrots, shredded
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. raisins
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Soak raisins in hot water for 30 minutes and drain.
    Drain pineapple and add juice to 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over carrots, coconut, raisins, pineapple and lemon juice.
