Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 to 2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In bottom of baking dish, melt the butter and oil. Shake chicken in the flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt, marjoram and paprika. Place chicken skin side down. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake another 15 minutes. Dip chicken in the oil mixture from the pan before adding to the flour mixture.
