Veggie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 envelope Ranch dressing
    1 c. broccoli, finely chopped
    1/2 c. tomatoes, finely chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, shredded
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    2 oz. shredded sharp cheese
    1 c. cauliflower, finely chopped
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls on a cookie sheet. Flatten and join rolls together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then cool.
