Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up or chicken parts
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    Crisco shortening or oil
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Wash and drain chicken.
    Heat oil in large skillet or deep fryer until hot.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper together.
    Sprinkle Lawry's seasoned salt over chicken.
    Dredge chicken in flour mixture until coated.
    Fry in oil until chicken floats to top.
