Viva La Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked and diced
    1 doz. corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch squares
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans Ortega green chili salsa
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Prepare ingredients as stated.
    Butter large oblong casserole dish.
    Alternate layers of tortilla squares, chicken, cheeses, soup and salsa, approximately 2 layers.
    Save a little cheese for the top.
    Best if refrigerated overnight for flavors to mingle.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serve topped with chopped green onions, salsa or avocado pieces or whatever you may choose.
