Honey Garlic Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6-inch thick cut pork chops
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. wine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
    Broil or grill, turning once after 10 to 12 minutes.
    Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
