Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. peeled carrots, cut into 1-inch chunks
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla in a food processor bowl until smooth.
    Slowly add carrots (through the feed tube).
    When carrots appear to be fully grated, remove lid and add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Replace lid and blend until the dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
