Fried Chicken For 100 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    70 lb. cut up chicken
    1 gal. flour
    3/4 c. salt
    3 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika together.
    Dip cut up pieces of chicken in buttermilk, then dredge in flour mixture. Deep fry at 325\u00b0 until done.
    Drain on paper.
