Mashed Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (18 oz.) cans vacuum-pack sweet potatoes
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
6 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes until smooth.
Beat in 1/4 cup brown sugar, 6 tablespoons orange juice, 1/4 cup butter, salt, eggs, cinnamon and cloves.
Spoon mixture into buttered, 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with pecan halves.
