Mohogany Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. boiling water
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
7 unbeaten egg yolks
1 c. egg whites
Preparation

Combine the boiling water and the cocoa and let it cool.
Set aside.
Sift together in a bowl the flour, sugar, baking soda and the salt.
Make a well and add the salad oil, egg yolks, vanilla and the cooled cocoa mixture.
Beat until smooth.
