Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix sugar into oil as if creaming sugar; then beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients and mix together.
Then add carrots.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
When cool, slice each layer in half and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
