Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    beef brisket
    celery salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Salt both sides
    of
    meat
    with 3 salts.
    Place meat on foil and pour liquid smoke around meat.\tSeal foil and bake at 275\u00b0 for 4
    hours.
    Open
    foil
    and\tpour
    barbecue sauce over meat.
    Bake 1 hour more with foil open.
