Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork ribs or 3 to 4 racks baby back
    1/4-inch water
Preparation
    Place ribs in pan with water.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Do not vent.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove from oven and drain liquids (don't disturb the ribs, they'll fall apart).
    Chill in refrigerator 4 to 5 hours before grilling.
    Baste with \"My favorite barbecue sauce\" to glaze.
