Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6-inch) pie crusts, chilled
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
    12 slices bacon
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. evaporated milk (14 oz. can)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of nutmeg, sugar and pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Rub butter over surface of unbaked pie shell.
    Fry bacon crisp and crumble.
    Combine eggs, cheese, milk, salt, nutmeg and sugar; mix well.
    Sprinkle shell with bacon and pierce shell.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
