Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (8-inch) plain pastry
Preparation

Beat eggs until thick and fluffy.
Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, lemon juice and melted butter.
Blend well.
Fold in raisins and chopped pecans (or walnuts).
Pour mixture in pastry-lined pie pan.
Garnish top with nuts.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
