Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (14.5 oz.) can Butterball chicken broth
    1 c. instant rice
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken or 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1 (6 oz.) bag Butterball chicken seasoned stuffing
    1 (3/4 oz.) packet Butterball turkey gravy
Preparation
    Preheat oven 350\u00b0.
    In skillet saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Add chicken broth and heat until heated through, stir in rice and chicken.
    Remove from heat.
    Gently fold in Butterball stuffing, put mixture into greased 11x7x2 baking dish.
    Bake covered for 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, prepare gravy according to package directions.
    Spoon gravy over each serving just before serving and top with parsley
