Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/4 c. water
1 level tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup and water.
Cook until it comes to a boil. Add peanuts and cook until syrup is light brown or until the peanuts are done.
Remove from heat and add soda.\tBeat until soda is mixed well.
Pour in greased pan or foil lined cookie sheet.
Cool.
