Yogurt Smoothies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat milk
    1 c. low-fat yogurt (any flavor)
    1 c. fruit (berries, peaches, bananas)
    4 ice cubes
    1/4 c. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
    Pour into a glass and enjoy!
