Baked Meatball Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Kellogg's Corn Flakes or 3/4 c. Kellogg's Corn Flakes crumbs
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. shredded raw carrot
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    If using Corn Flakes, crush into fine crumbs.
    Mix together all ingredients, except catsup.
    Combine thoroughly.
    Shape meat mixture into 12 balls, about 2-inches in diameter.
    Place in single layer in greased, shallow pan.
    Spoon 1 teaspoon catsup over each meatball.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until done.
    Makes 6 servings of 2 meatballs each.
