Scalloped Potatoes And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
2 c. thinly sliced potatoes (2 medium)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, melt butter.
Add onion and garlic; cook until tender over medium heat.
Stir in salt, pepper, basil and thyme.
Add tomatoes and potatoes.
Mix gently until coated with seasonings.
Turn into greased 1-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Serves 4.
