Jamaican Jungle Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oats (quick)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. mashed banana
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients.
In another bowl, mix banana, pineapple, oil and eggs.
Add to oat mixture.
Stir until liquid is absorbed and mixture is thoroughly moistened. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Glaze if desired.
