Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. uncooked rice
3 1/2 c. water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 jar processed cheese spread
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Cook rice and broccoli as directed on packages.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.
Drain broccoli and combine with cheese spread, sauteed vegetables, undiluted soups and mushrooms.
Fold in cooked rice and turn into 3-quart buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
