Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/2 can tomato sauce
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 stalks celery
    1 egg
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix the first 10 ingredients; shape and put in baking dish. Put cheese on top of loaf.
    Mix other items and pour over loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
