Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. thin spaghetti, broken in half
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
    1 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed on box.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs and cheese.
    Add warm drained spaghetti and toss.
    In a 10-inch greased pie pan, pour mixture to form a crust.
    Set aside.
    Saute peppers and onions until tender.
    Add sour cream.
    Pour into spaghetti crust.
    Cook sausage well, breaking it with a spoon.
    Drain fat. Add water, tomato paste to sausage and mix well.
    Heat to boil and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Pour over pie.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove foil.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top.
    Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts.
    Let set 5 minutes.
    Cut into serving portions.
