Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) whole kernel corn
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 1-quart saucepan, scald milk.
Add butter.
In 1 1/2-quart
casserole, beat eggs slightly; stir in milk, corn with liquid, onion and salt.
Set casserole in shallow pan on oven rack.
Pour hot water in pan around casserole 1-inch deep.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
