Mushroom Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. whole fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
3/4 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Toss mushrooms with half the oil in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Combine the dry ingredients and sprinkle over mushrooms. Pour the remaining oil over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
