Lentil Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. each: chopped onion and chopped green pepper
    1 1/4 c. cooked lentils, mashed (about 1/2 c. uncooked)
    1 1/4 c. mashed potatoes
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well and form into patties.
    Fill a 1/4 measuring cup with mixture to use as a mold and then flatten slightly.
    Place patties on a baking tray and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve with a gravy.
