Cool Whip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    1 egg
    2 c. Cool Whip
    confectioners xxxx sugar
Preparation
    Empty cake mix into large bowl.
    Beat egg and add to mix.
    Add Cool Whip (will be very stiff).
    Stir together; do not mix.
    Drop by rounded teaspoons into confectioners sugar.
    Roll into cookies and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Cookies will still be gummy when you take them out of oven.
    Let cool.
