Zucchini Bread(Two Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. each: chopped dates and chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
