Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Add sugar to slightly beaten egg.
    Add juice and oil.
    Mix in (sifted) dry ingredients.
    Add rind, cranberries and nuts.
    Mix and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in greased, floured loaf pan.
    May put wax paper in bottom of pan to prevent sticking.
