Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Romano cheese
Preparation

Slice onions and saute in butter until limp.
Pour onions into casserole dish; add cream and pepper.
Top with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
