Microwave Beef And Peppers(Total Cooking Time: 8 To 9 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. top round or sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, broken up
    2 large green peppers, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Pour oil in 3-quart microproof casserole or baking dish.
    Add beef strips and stir to coat with oil.
    Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper and tomatoes.
    Cover and cook on High (Max power) for 4 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
    Add green peppers and soy sauce; stir.
    Cook, covered, on High (Max power) for 4 to 5 minutes or until green peppers are just tender.
    Serve with hot cooked rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
