Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small first cut brisket
    1 bag frozen mixed vegies
    1 small jar Prego spaghetti sauce
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 potatoes, cut up (skin on)
Preparation
    Trim excess fat off brisket.
    Place brisket in crock-pot.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cook on high for 1 hour.
    Then cook on low for at least 3 hours.
    When you can smell it, you can eat it.
