Swedish Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 large baking potatoes, peeled
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Cube potatoes into 1 inch wedges.
Arrange in a single layer in a 9 x 12-inch shallow baking pan.
Pour butter over potatoes. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake for 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
