Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups flour
    1 1/3 cups shortening
    1/2 cup water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening until crumbly.
    Beat egg, add water, salt, sugar, and vinegar.
    Add this to flour mixture.
    Mix well and roll pie crust.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
    Makes two 8 inch crusts.
