Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chili bean soup
3 c. chopped salad pieces (lettuce, peppers, onion, tomatoes)
2 c. crushed Fritos
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In 8 x 10-inch baking dish, spread soup out.
Add layer of lettuce, peppers, onions, tomatoes, layer of Fritos and layer of cheese.
Bake just long enough to melt cheese at 375\u00b0, approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
