Cider-Baked Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 or 6 lb.) turkey breast
    1 1/2 c. plus 1/2 c. apple cider or apple juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place breast, skin side up, in roaster. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Lower oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine 1 1/2 cups cider and soy sauce.
    Pour over turkey breast.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting frequently, with the cider mixture.
