Tomato Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 biscuits, crumbled
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Crumble bread in 2-quart casserole. Stir in tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on top with Parmesan cheese. Place butter on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.
